Konnichiwa minasan. Watashi wa tako ja nai.
THERE ARE ANTS ALL OVER MY CHOCOLATE BUNNY.
STILL EATING IT.
IT'S MILK CHOCOLATE OKAY.
I'M BACK FROM CAMP
MY PARENTS DRAGGED ME ALL OVER THE EAST AFTER THEY PICKED ME UP
BECAUSE THEY'RE OBSESSED WITH THE EAST
AND WANT TO MOVE THERE
BECAUSE IT'S COOLER IN THE SUMMER
AND I GUESS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT FRIENDSHIP
BECAUSE MY BEST FRIENDS ARE OVER HERE IN CALIFORNIA
AND I'LL BE LEAVING THEM ALL IF WE MOVE
NVM NOT GONNA TALK ABOUT IT
BECAUSE THE POINT IS
I DON'T EVEN KNOW
//turns off caps lock
I don't remember much about camp because it was a little bit fail-ish for me (DARNIT) but I'll tell you everything I remember. :DD
//DON'T WORRY, BECAUSE IT WAS ACTUALLY GOOD--
I had to take a bus from Texas to Pensacola. o: I couldn't figure out how to recline the seat so I spent almost half the night trying to find some position to sleep in where I wouldn't flop on the floor or on the person sitting next to me.
Oh. The person sitting next to me. :U
She was a normal-looking lady with a cute little toddler. So I sat next to her.
She was so scary.
She never smiled.
It was like.
I tried to make her smile.
And she didn't even cry or anything.
Oh yeah. There was a guy with the same problem that I had with not being able to recline the seat and he eventually got down on the bus floor and tried to sleep that way. o: He gave up after a few minutes.
So that was the bus ride. :D
//pets my kitty// so shiawase... :U
WHERE WAS I
SO THEN CAMP.
The play. The play was Alice in Wonderland.
THE PLAY WAS ALICE IN WONDERLAND.
IF ANYONE KNOWS ME THEN THEY KNOW HOW EMOTIONALLY ATTACHED I AM TO ALICE IN WONDERLAND. :U
So I was really happy when I found that out.
We had to learn the thing in less than a week, so it was only like five scenes of it. But the scenes were well-chosen and it flowed okay. :U
I did my Outer Science speech thingy.
AND EVERYONE LOVED IT. O3O I GOT THE MOST APPLAUSE OUT OF EVERYBODY. LIKE EVERYONE IN THE CAMP WAS TOTALLY SPAZZING OUT.
//doesn't know whether to hide or be self-absorbed
//decides the latter
So that happened.
And then everyone-- like-- everyone-- would come up to me and fangirl and then ask me if I spoke Japanese.
Everybody asked thaaaat. :'D
Next day, everyone was getting their parts and stuff. I was expecting maybe the Queen of Hearts or something.
Like, I really expected the Queen of Hearts. :U Everyone expected me to get Queen of Hearts.
I got one of the ten Royal Children. :U Little girls who enter the stage, stand in the background looking pretty for three minutes and then leave.
Oh yeah, they weren't even in the book. The entire rest of the play was very accurate to the book. The Royal Children, although mentioned, DO NOT EXIST IN THE BOOK--
//FLIPS ALL THE TABLES
It's not even really that I didn't get a part. It's that--
Because of that, I was separated from my friends, who got very significant parts. Felicity got the Mad Hatter, Natalie got the March Hare, and Nic got the Knave.
I was in different rooms from them for almost the entire time. :U
That was-- really not nice. It kind of messed up my entire week.
I'm a lonely enough person already. ;w; Half the reason I came to camp was because of my peoplez-- //crais forever
But whatever. The week was worth it because I got to be with my senpai--
You: SINCE WHEN DOES D.J. HAVE A SENPAI?!
Since drama camp last year.
Nic-senpai didn't notice me then. o: But a few months ago I stalked him online and found him on Pinterest. So I made a Pinterest solely so I could stalk him.
D.J. IS A STALKER.
So I talked to him like the professional stalker I am and confirmed that he was going to drama camp this year. So I made sure I went too.
Anyway. :U The first thing he did when he saw me at camp this year was wink at me.
I mean. He's the kind of idiot who kind of flirts with everybody so that was pretty normal.
Long story short though, I pretty much followed him everywhere and stalked him to pieces and I think in the end I was just really really annoying. :U
I don't even know. //explodes into confetti
Maybe I wasn't annoying. But he started kind of ignoring me (maybe) and treating me differently (maybe)
I don't really know.
At all. :U
It really did seem like he started paying less attention to me than to everybody else. But I think that might have really been because of my general tendency to
I realized I might be kind of half-deaf. So instead of being able to join conversations like a normal human being, I spend the entire time
staring at people
and trying to understand what they're saying.
And standing really close. 030 That might have been a little weird.
So this is apparently a major part of why I'm so much more enjoyable on the Internet. :U
Coz-- I can hear you all.
Oh. Nic knows that I like him. //glagerbasted
We ended up sitting next to each other during one of the fifty billion church services
And the preacher-- Johnny Pope (who is an extremely amazing preacher o:)
was talking about young teenage girls and their crushes-- wut
And the preacher said "You're not in love; you're in heat!"
Nic whispers to me. "You're in heat."
...I have no words. :T
I don't think he likes me back, but that's fine for now cuz he doesn't really know me. :U No one can know me just by being around me for a week in real life.
One, cuz I don't actually talk.
Two, cuz he doesn't really know anything about my writer side. :U My insane self--
I'm more myself on the Internet than in real life.
He at least got to see a little bit of my drawing-- but not really-- D: Just some kind of really bad sketches. x'D
This blog so far has ended up being almost entirely about my senpai.
Well, free time was pretty fun. :D Our group got to hang out at the Sports Center and stuff. :'D
We mainly just talked, because those weird people like-- TALKING--
//doesn't know how to talk
It was still fun though. Mostly.
PCC has this rock wall that's the biggest indoor rock wall in the world. :U I asked Nic on Tuesday to go rock climbing with me and he said maybe. I asked him on Wednesday and he said maybe. I asked him on Thursday and he said maybe. I asked him on Friday and he said if we have time.
We didn't go rock climbing. :U
We got to play ping-pong. And walleyball a few times. :D
The walleyball was really fun. :'D Besides the fact that the ball always avoids me. I already knew that fact though. o:
Nic got hit kind of hard with the walleyball once-- and I enjoyed it-- Why.
:U He deserved it.
I have to go now. :'D I'll write more about camp tomorrow.
Maybe. Or it might just be about Nic. o:
